Adding information to the ticket
You can also add details to your ticket, this is particularly useful when you are collecting details from your customers which are helpful for either your ticket holders or your event staff to know.
This field is found under the edit ticket menu and is called Ticket Extra Information
This field can contain either plain text or read from an additional field. To use an additional field add the name of the additional field, matching the upper and lowercase letters you've used in the name:
You will need to make sure this field is ticked on for the ticket type, it will appear on the ticket:
Additionally, there are a number of built in tags that can be used to customise how the ticket is displayed:
SHOW_PURCHASED_BY | Shows the name of the purchaser on the ticket |
NO_TICKET_DATE | Removes the date shown on the ticket |
NO_TICKET_TIME | Removes the start time of the event from the ticket |
