How can I issue tickets in bulk for manual distribution?
Occasions may arrive where you want to use the platform to process ticket sales in bulk and distribute them individually. This article details the process for accessing single tickets or orders in PDF form so that you can more easily distribute them to attendees.
1. Create a Complimentary Ticket in your event that is ‘Not Visible to the Public’. We always recommend setting $0.00 value tickets hidden from the public.
2. Edit the Ticket Type so that the ‘Max Order’ number is larger than the default that is currently set as 10. This means that you will be able to process in bulk.
For example - 50 tickets at a time for a corporate sponsor.
3. Locate the ‘Additional Fields’ page on the left hand side of the page. Based on your entry processes you can either choose to require the name of the attendee on the ticket or simply have Sponsor Ticket.
If you require a name on the ticket ensure that the fields ‘First Name' and 'Last Name' are ticked for the ticket type you are processing.
4. Use the Box Office to process the Complimentary Sales. You can bypass filling in any payee information as these are free tickets.
5. Once you have processed the orders, they will appear in a Confirmed state.
6. Download the tickets as a Zip file onto your computer in the Actions Column on the left hand side of the page. This will download all of the tickets as individual pages into a folder so that you can distribute them accordingly.
