Including ticket holder names on PDF tickets

At the entry point of your event, you may require the ticket or order to have the name of the ticket holder on it so that it can be compared to their personal identification. This article provides a simple explanation for how to edit the ticket format. 

  1. Locate the ‘Additional Fields’ page on the left hand side of the page. 
  2. Ensure that the First and Last name fields are ticked for all ticket types. This will mean that the ticket types will remain in a Pending Details stage until you the attendees inputs the name of each ticket holder. Once these details have been provided the tickets will move into a Confirmed state. 
  3. To test that you have set up the ticket type correctly, go into the ‘Email and Ticket’ page on the left-hand side of the screen. 
  4. Download the ‘Example Ticket’ button to confirm you are happy with what will be distributed to attendees.
