Help on Help

IWannaTicket's admin site has a new context-sensitive help system. We try to put help where you might need it! The little question mark inside a circle is a thing you can click on to open help specific to that item.

Clicking on one of those opens a subwindow with the help document (the subwindow is called the beacon):

You can make the beacon go away by clicking on the X below it. You can remove the current help article from the beacon by clicking on the X at the top of the beacon. When the beacon isn't there, you'll have this symbol to click on to open it:

We don't show all of the help links at the same time, as there are a lot of them and they make the place look untidy, so up the top next to your login name is the master toggle:

Clicking on that question mark will either show all of the help links, or autohide them all. When you mouse over where one is, it will appear and you will be able to click on it as normal.

If you open the beacon without any particular article showing, you can search for what you need to know.
