I don't want to send a ticket to my customer
Generally, tickets are automatically sent out to the purchaser when the transaction is completed. This can be turned off utilizing tags.
1. Navigate to the event page, and click "Edit" on the ticket type you want to turn off automatic distribution for.
2. At the bottom of this page, input the following into the "Tags" field:
SUPPRESS_TICKET_SEND
3. Click save. From now on, customers will not be sent an e-ticket for this ticket type, but will still receive a digital receipt via email after purchase.
