A User Got Locked Out of the Account
To prevent hackers from trying to guess people's passwords, IWannaTicket will lock you out if you consistently get your password wrong. If we do this we'll send you email to say so.
Being locked out just means that user is disabled. Another user in the account can go into Account / Users, edit the user, and check the Enabled checkbox. If the user who is locked out is the only user who could do this, you'll need to email support@iwannaticket.com.au and get them to do it for you. If necessary, they can also change your password to something you can remember.
