How do I view and email my reports?

The following article provides instructions on how to utilise the reporting features within IWannaTicket. Here, you can download and email reports from the platform about your event. 


How to download and share reports

1. Log in to your account and click into your event (the one you would like to see a report of). 

2. Click on 'Reports' on the side bar on the bottom left. 

4. You can download a selection of different reports to track information such as:

  • Sales
  • Admissions
  • Discounts
  • Orders
  • Credit Notes


5. You can email a copy of the report to yourself or a colleague by clicking on the 'Email' icon. A small box will appear where you can then add an email address. Here you can use the default email address, or insert an email address of your choice.

You also have the option of sending the recipient an automatic daily or weekly report in CSV or PDF format. Alternatively, you can send a report immediately by hitting the 'now' icon.

Both daily and weekly automatic reports will automatically stop after your event has finished.
