We are a not-for-profit and don’t want to charge GST on our ticket, is this possible?

No problem! Just send us an email and we will switch your event to GST free. All invoices sent to customer’s will note that the ticket price does not attract GST.

You can also choose if GST is included or free for each Ticket Type in your event.

When you create/edit a Ticket Type, you will see a drop down box called 'Tax Type', here you can select 'GST Inclusive' or 'GSTFree' and click save.

NOTE: IWannaTicket acts as an agent between you and customer and if you choose to change your tickets to GST Free, this means you are responsible for Tax at the ATO ( if required).
