How do I search for a customer's order?
You can find a customer who has already purchased tickets by navigating to the Orders tab (left) and searching their name. There, you can review their orders and edit their details.
When a customer purchases a ticket to your event, their details are saved in that event under 'Orders'. You can find a record of every purchase and refund in 'Orders'.
Find a customers order
Login to your account, it will automatically open the 'summary' page.
On the main left navigation panel, click 'Orders'.
Here you will see a search bar, where you can type a customers first or last name, or their reference number. The results of your search will appear. Simply click onto the corresponding order. The details of this customers order will then appear.

Use the search bar and use your customers first or last name.
