How do I change a customer's personal details on a ticket?

If a customer has entered in their email address incorrectly, or any other personal details such as name, phone number, or other customised fields need to be changed, you can do this via navigating to the Orders tab, searching the payee’s name and finding their order details.

Click on Payee Details and you can re-enter the changes.

Be sure to click Update Payee Details before navigating away from the page.

Resend the email by clicking on that command on the left hand side of the screen under ACTIONS.
