How do I track my ticket sales?

The Summary section of your account shows basic sales tracking using the 28 day sales graph which lets you view the amount of money collected, and the current number of tickets sold.

For more detailed tracking click the ‘dashboard’ menu item in your event navigation menu.

The Dashboard is divided into four sections. The first section at the top is the overview, and contains the same details as the 28 day graph on the summary page. You can also add a revenue target for your event under 'listing details' which will appear here.

The second section shown is the Sales Progress graph, which tracks ticket sales over the course of the event. Using the buttons at the top of the graph, it can be configured to show the start, end, or complete sales period of the event.

The third section, Customer Demographics, displays an overview of gender and age ranges of the people purchasing tickets to the event. This information is gathered by Google Analytics automatically when a customer purchases a ticket.

The last section contains graphs showing your income over time in dollars and your sales over time in number of tickets sold. You can adjust the length of time displayed by selecting the last 60 days, the last 30 days or the last week.
