How do I customise the footer area of the e-ticket?

When a customer buys a ticket, they are sent an email that confirms their purchase, as well as their ticket and receipt. In addition, you can designate custom text or images to be included.

You can create custom information that is send to the customers through the 'Email and Ticket' administration section. The Email and Ticket section can be found in the left navigation panel on your screen - within your event.

For more information about the overall layout of the e-ticket and email, click here.

Customise the ticket footer using text

You can also customise the ticket copy in the Ticket Text section. In this section, you can write details

Things you may like to include: dress code, photo ID, support information, venue information etc.

Edit, then click save!

Note: The "Ticket Text" field does not support HTML or any other text formatting. If you require advanced formatting for the ticket text, we recommend including it into the footer image.

Uploading a Ticket Footer Image

Ticket Footer images must be 950 pixels wide and are inserted at the very bottom of the e-ticket PDF.

In some use cases, the lack of text formatting in the Ticket Text section can be circumvented by including large amounts of text as part of this image.

In the example below, the main body of the ticket text has been designed in image editing software, attached to the more traditional footer image and then uploaded as a single image.

View an example of your Ticket

To see an example of your ticket so far, click Example Ticket under the lower left navigation panel - Actions tab. You will be able to see how your formatting is sitting and what information is on your ticket.  You will also find an example of your event receipt.
