An introduction to ticket scanning

IWannaTicket has two different Ticket Scanner Apps that can be easily downloaded onto your phone for free and used immediately.  The IWannaTicket Scanner App and the Codereadr Scanner App.

IWannaTicket Scanner App Features

• QR Code Reader - Quickly scans tickets to admit customers
• Guest List - an updated list of all guests and their tickets 
• Guest List Search Bar - find customers tickets by using the search function, then scan or un-admit them
• Statistics about admissions- find out how many people have been scanned into your event
• Group Admission – allows you to scan all tickets in a group in one go 
• Un-admit function- un-admit a ticket that was scanned by mistake
• Event Search Bar - search for the name of a specific event
• Filter event dates - which instantly brings up events that are happening today

Simply log into your account and select your event to get started. Our scanner apps have a built in QR Code Reader, which reads the QR Code on your printed ticket or e-ticket.

There is also a Search Function on the app, allowing you to switch from scanning to search the customers name. After searching the guest list, you can immediately resume scanning.

The list is sorted alphabetically and has a user-friendly interface, allowing for a quick search and check them into your event.

Codereadr Scanner App Features

Codereadr does everything that the IWannaTicket Scanner App can do and more. Some of the additional features include:

• Scanning guests out of an event, so that you know exactly how many patrons are in the venue at a given point in time.
• Scanning tickets or membership cards that may be valid across multiple events on different days

The Codereadr Scanner App is our preferred choice for large scale events over 2,000 people.
