How do I customise a ticket type?
Every ticket has many options for you to edit, so you can sell tickets your way.
Edit Ticket
- Adjust Name of ticket
- Adjust Price of ticket
- Set the Quantity available
Advanced Options
Set a prefix - the ticket name that appears on the ticket
Add or remove GST of ticket
Set the sale status - when the tickets will be released for sale and when they will finish
- 'not available for sale'
- 'not visible to the public' - public can not see yet is still available in the box office
- 'Available for sale'
- 'Available for sale from...'
- 'Sold out'
Set the on sale start and end time
Adjust the venue section of ticket
Set the min and max number of tickets that can be purchased in one order
Adjust 'sort position' of ticket on event listing - eg 1-10
Add or remove Tags (see bottom of spreadsheet)
Adjust maximum number of admissions- number of times ticket can be scanned
Select if this ticket requires a booking code to be purchased - booking codes must be set up separately
Select if tickets will display the purchasers name - customers name on their ticket
Include extra information on the ticket - this can be plain text or read from your additional fields (find out more here)
Further advanced options
Set up ticket relationship rules which can require booking codes or other tickets to be purchased beforehand.

Delete ticket type
If no tickets have been sold you can delete a ticket type. Go to the summary page, look for the ticket type you want to delete. On the right hand side, there is an 'edit' button, next to this there should be an icon of a trash can - 'delete' - click this.
